What is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an easy way for Web sites to distribute—or syndicate—their content to other sites or individuals.

How RSS Works

RSS feeds allow Web sites to make new content easily available through a technology called XML, which allows sites to deliver headlines directly to subscribers.

The Benefit To You

RSS feeds save you the time and effort of having to search Web sites for new content. As a subscriber to IMER’s RSS feed, you will be alerted every time a new CE program is made available.

How Can I Use IMER's RSS Feed?

You can use either your browser or download free software in order to access IMER’s RSS feed.

Some browsers, including Firefox, Internet Explorer 7, Opera, and Safari, make subscribing to feeds easy by automatically checking for them each time you visit a Web site. An icon is usually displayed in the address bar whenever a feed is detected. Simply click on it to access a feed.

For help, contact IMER at support@imeronline.com.

Alternately, you will need to download free software called a 'news aggregator'. Some popular options include:

The news aggregator will automatically check our RSS feed for updates and alert you whenever we post a new CE program!
